Delivery Timing
Orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days.
How do I track my orders?
If you are a logged in user, simply head to the ‘Track Order’ section in
the footer to track your order. Also, you will get a notification email
within 24 hours of shipping the product.
Should you have any questions about your order dispatch, we are just a

Where is my order processed from?
Orders are processed from our operational center in Mumbai, India.
Exchange Policy
Please follow these steps to register your request:
1. Keep your order ID and contact details (email ID or phone number)
handy.
2. Go to our exchange portal.
3. Select the products that you'd like to exchange.
4. Register your request. That's it!
The Exchange request can only be processed subject to the
availability of stock of newly requested product.
In case the requested product is not in stock, you can opt for online
store credit. The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date
of issue and is redeemable only on imshaivi.com
Our Support team will review your request within 2-3 business days,
and you will receive further communication regarding the pickup of
your product.
Our delivery partner will pick up the product from your address.
Please keep the products in their original packaging and ready to hand
them over to the delivery executive. Once we receive the product, we
will perfom a quality check and then issue you a exchange.
Below cases do not qualify as a design defect:
Minor colour or design variations: Such variations are a part of the
handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
If your product darkens over time: Natural oxidation is a property of
silver metal and is caused by varying climatic and storage conditions.
